Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of new site construction on site, coordinating safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities include updating tracking systems, conducting site visits, and providing status updates to affected teams. The role requires strong coordination and field management with a focus on compliant installations and timely closeouts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience accepted.
• Minimum three (3) years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience.
• Five (5) years of technical experience with Wireless, Wi‑Fi, Fiber & Copper installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and building as‑builts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of new site construction on site.
• Update tracking systems to reflect project status accurately.
• Conduct site visits: bid walk, pre-construction, punch walks, closeout.
• Provide regular status updates to affected departments and supervisors.
• Ensure records and closeout documents are complete and distributed on time.
• Act as safety observer and quality assurance representative on site.
• Ensure compliant installation of coax, fiber, antennas and hardware.
• Join on-call rotation to address service issues and restorations.
• Perform general office tasks such as supply orders and travel planning.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
