Job summary

Pierson Wireless is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of wireless infrastructure projects, including RAN head-end deployments and DAS. You will own the project from requirements through on-air activation and closeout, coordinating with internal teams, carriers, venues, and partners to meet safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes proactive communication and strong project controls.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of project or program management experience in wireless telecommunications.
• Demonstrated experience managing MNO deployments for carriers such as T-Mobile, Verizon, or AT&T.
• Experience delivering projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, integration, on-air activation, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of wireless infrastructure projects across the full deployment lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate requirements, site surveys, design, leasing, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Drive on-air activation, customer acceptance, and closeout with documented decisions and actions.
• Manage relationships with MNO customers, carrier teams, venue owners, and vendors.
