Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead all aspects of new site construction and on-site management, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will coordinate across teams, monitor progress, and maintain precise project records from bid to closeout.

The role requires site visits, installation supervision of coax, fiber and antennas, and active participation in on-call service restoration. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Telecoms/wireless construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and as-builds.
• Knowledge of budget development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Update tracking systems (Salesforce, OSP, Excel) to maintain project status with accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date project tracking systems and records.
• Make regular site visits for bid walks, pre-construction, punch walks and closeout.
• Provide regular status updates to impacted departments and supervisors.
• Ensure safety and quality assurance on site and compliant installations of coax, fiber, and antennas.
• Be part of on-call rotation to respond to service issues and coordinate restorations.
• Support office tasks such as supply ordering and travel planning as needed.
