Job summary

Pierson Wireless is seeking a Sr Technical Project Manager – Wireless Infrastructure to lead large-scale campus and enterprise deployments. The role emphasizes IBW, DAS, and public safety systems, with end-to-end program delivery across multi-site networks.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of DAS, DRAN, RAN, and repeater technologies, and can manage OEMs, carriers, AHJs, and partners to deliver on-time, on-budget programs with strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience within the wireless telecommunications industry.
• Experience leading large-scale wireless deployments in enterprise or campus environments.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead full lifecycle delivery from requirements through deployment and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional teams to meet time and budget goals.
• Establish communication plans and project documentation standards.
• Serve as primary client contact for communications, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Build client relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and executive briefings.
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery.
