Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Las Vegas to install, maintain, and repair wireless systems under supervision. You will follow construction drawings, install cabling, and complete jobsite paperwork. Travel, weekend, and night work may be required to meet closeout deadlines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and OSHA certifications preferred. Benefits include healthcare, retirement matching, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10 hour certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.
• Low voltage cable installation experience preferred.
• Fiber optic fusion splicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs antennas and mounts equipment per drawings.
• Operates hand-tools, lifts, and test equipment as needed.
• Provides completed tests results to evidence proper installation.
• Maintains communications with market manager and supervisors.
• Documents work in Pierson Wireless’ project management cloud solution.
• Travel may be required during a normal business week.
• Weekend and night work may be required to complete packages.
