Job summary

The Fi Company - Las Vegas is seeking a Field Services Technician to install, service, and maintain our digital and visual merchandising displays across customer sites.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), strong customer service skills, and the ability to interpret manuals and flow charts. OSHA training and safety compliance are mandatory, with overtime and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and/or speak English.
• 1–5 years of field or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret flow charts, manuals and technical docs for installation and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in time management and multitasking; able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms.

Responsibilities

• Installs, services, and maintains digital and visual merchandising displays.
• Troubleshoots failed equipment and components.
• Corrects malfunctioning or out-of-spec equipment.
• May train staff and subcontractors on installation techniques.
• Drives box trucks locally in Nevada and communicates with customers and management.
