Job summary

BearCom is seeking a Field Service Manager in the Denver area to oversee day-to-day field operations, manage a technician team, and coordinate installation and repair tasks for wireless communications equipment. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and senior management to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include leading field technicians, preparing quotes and schedules, providing hands-on technical support, and validating system performance through FATP and site

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical teams in wireless field or similar environment.
• Experience directing complex field service projects and customer interface.
• Understanding of business practices P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service technicians and installers across assigned area.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations and project assignments.
• Coordinate quotes, bids, and scheduling for installations and repairs.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot wireless equipment.
• Ensure site surveys are performed and FATP plans are executed per customer requirements.
