Job summary

BearCom is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations in the Field Service Department and manage a technician team across multiple customer sites. You will coordinate with customers, product vendors and senior management to ensure high‑quality service delivery and timely installations.

You’ll plan installation and repair tasks, lead FATP tests, and help prepare quotes and schedules for field work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in technical leadership in wireless or similar industry.
• Experience directing complex project implementations and managing customer requirements.
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to interface with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of business practices and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and service assignments.
• Serve as liaison between BearCom technicians and customers/vendors.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and schedules for installation/repair tasks.
• Organize and schedule field work; provide technical field support.
• Check system performance after installation and during operation.
• Install and support wireless communications equipment and related hardware.
• Lead FATP tests and document site survey results.
• Provide training and coaching to field technicians and installers.
• Occasional travel and on‑call may be required.
• Support other projects as needed.
