Energy Jobline ZR in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an experienced Field Service Manager to supervise day-to-day operations in the Field Service Department. You will lead a technician and installer team across wireless communications, coordinating with customers, vendors, and senior management to deliver reliable service.

This role requires strong leadership, project management, and hands-on technical skills in RF and 2-way radio systems, with travel and on-call duties.

Qualificações

• 5+ years leading technical teams in wireless or related fields.
• Experience guiding customer engagements from needs gathering to delivery.
• Understanding of vendor networks and field service coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Manage field service projects and assignments in the assigned area.
• Coordinate quotes, bids, and schedules for installations and repairs.
• Organize and schedule upcoming field work and ensure timely execution.
• Provide hands-on technical support in field operations.
• Evaluate system performance and diagnose wireless equipment issues.
• Install, maintain, and support wireless equipment including base stations and radios.
• Oversee equipment testing, FATP execution, and site surveys.
• Train and coach field technicians and installers.
• Travel as needed and handle on-call rotations.
