Job summary

Heights Tower Service seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee wireless construction projects and field crews. This field-focused role requires travel Monday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has telecom or wireless construction experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will manage crews, monitor progress, ensure safety, and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom or wireless construction preferred.
• Construction management, foreman, or field leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Willingness to travel Monday–Friday and work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track crews and construction sites.
• Oversee daily field operations, schedules, and progress.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed by crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and project outcomes.
• Communicate project status and needs to management.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review scopes and site-specific requirements to ensure readiness of crews.
