Job summary

Pierson Wireless is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman in Columbus, OH to lead on-site installation teams for DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell projects. You will manage subcontractors and internal field staff, coordinate with customers, ensure safety, and drive project timelines.

The role requires knowledge of RF distribution, testing devices, and installation standards across major carriers, with travel as needed. On-site leadership and hands-on problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• OSHA 10-hour certification (required); OSHA 30-hour (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with RF in-building systems and DAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site installation teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate installation activities with customers and Market Manager.
• Ensure materials are ordered and available for installations.
• Maintain project timelines and safety reviews.
• Document work in project management system and report time logs.
