Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a district-level Wireless Sales Leader to drive performance across 10-15 store locations in the United States. You will hire, coach, and grow a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, directly shaping district results with hands-on coaching and on‑the‑floor leadership.

You’ll own recruitment, staffing, and mentorship, driving data-informed decisions while maintaining a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi‑location leadership - managing several stores or a district at once.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% of the time across the district, including some evenings and weekends.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible presence in the field, regularly visiting stores, spotting what's working, and coaching the team in the moment.
• Develop people; coach, train, and mentor them into skilled sellers who know the products and connect with every customer.
• Keep stores fully staffed and ready to grow - own recruiting and hiring, and build a healthy talent pipeline.
• Team up with Talent Acquisition and store managers to stay ahead of staffing needs and onboarding.
• Turn data into action; read the numbers with your team to uncover opportunities and sharpen execution across the district.
• Keep the operation running smoothly; scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising.
• Build trusted relationships with store managers, and bring market insights back to senior leadership.
• Set the tone with a customer-first, collaborative mindset and ethical decisions on the floor.
