Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance and coach store teams across multiple locations. The role emphasizes customer engagement and turning interactions into sales opportunities.

You will train and develop sales associates, lead onboarding and ongoing development, and travel between stores as needed. A strong track record in wireless retail and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
