Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a district leader to drive wireless sales excellence across 10–15 store locations. You will hire, coach, and grow Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, shaping district performance with hands-on coaching and strategic staffing.

Expect travel and direct floor presence to maximize results in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and building strong relationships with store managers and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time across the district.
• Strong wireless/telecom retail sales background preferred.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible presence in the field, regularly visiting stores, spotting what's working, and coaching the team.
• Develop your people; coach, train, and mentor them into skilled sellers who know the products and connect with every customer.
• Keep stores fully staffed and ready to grow - own recruiting and hiring, and build a healthy talent pipeline.
• Team up with Talent Acquisition and store managers to stay ahead of staffing needs and onboarding.
• Turn data into action; read the numbers with your team to uncover opportunities and sharpen execution across the district.
• Keep the operation running smoothly; scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising.
• Build trusted relationships with store managers and bring market insights to senior leadership.
• Set the tone with a customer-first, collaborative mindset and ethical choices.
