Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a Wireless team across multiple Walmart locations. You will recruit, coach, and develop Wireless Sales Pros, driving sales, quality customer education, and program execution in-store and online.

Prior wireless knowledge is not mandatory; you will be trained on plans, devices, and promotions, with base pay plus bonus and commission. This role offers growth across 1,300+ locations.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience and a track record of meeting objectives.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, demand management and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Wireless Sales Pros across 3–4 retail locations and coach teams.
• Motivate teams to consistently hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Model top-tier sales techniques and training practices.
• Execute recruitment and retention plans for a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate with Premium, the client, and in-store leadership.
