Job summary

Your Wireless is seeking a Sales Director for the Houston, Texas market. District Managers will oversee 5 to 6 locations while driving sales performance, operational excellence, and customer experience across their assigned stores.

The ideal candidate has strong experience leading multiple retail locations, coaching teams, and achieving KPIs such as new lines, upgrades, and profitability. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role requiring travel across the market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar management role in a retail environment.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting, training, and developing people.
• 3+ years of experience in a retail sales leadership environment.
• Verizon Wireless experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support 5 to 6 locations while driving sales performance and customer experience.
• Lead, coach and inspire store leaders; drive execution across the district.
• Travel throughout the Houston market as needed and manage field operations.
