Job summary

Heights Tower is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee wireless construction projects in the field, coordinating crews and ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

The role requires traveling Monday through Friday with potential evenings and weekends; strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Prior telecom or wireless construction experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or wireless construction is strongly preferred.
• Construction management, foreman, or field leadership experience is required.
• Ability to travel regularly and work extended hours as needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track assigned crews and construction sites.
• Oversee daily field operations, schedules, and project progress.
• Ensure crews follow safety requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor workmanship, productivity, and project milestones.
• Communicate project status and needs to Project Management.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review project scopes and site requirements to align resources.
