Job summary

Danfoss in Mountain Home, AR is seeking a Wire Wind Operator for a 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:45 pm–11:00 pm). You will operate wire winders to apply hose wire to braider bobbins and perform daily machine checks, lubrication, and setup tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel.

Responsibilities

• Operate wire winders for applying hose wire to braider bobbins.
• Perform daily inspections and lubricate lube points as needed.
• Set wire guide beaks and rollers; check wire oiler periodically.
• Verify and adjust tension settings on machines.
• Check wire cards at shift start and select correct bobbin type.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist other operators and participate in cross-training when possible.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
