Job summary

Danfoss in Mountain Home, AR is seeking an Unwrapper Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:45 pm–11:00 pm). You will operate unwrapper machines, monitor tape quality, and perform routine set-up tasks to keep production flowing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and, ideally, one year of manufacturing experience. You will work in a loud, hot environment near an autoclave and must follow safety guidelines and cooperate with team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel.

Responsibilities

• Operate unwrapper machines and monitor tape during unwrapping.
• Verify operation of spray, OD monitoring, and eddy current systems.
• Monitor tape quality and identify defects while inspecting tape condition.
• Maintain MEK ink levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and compliant with quality guidelines.
• Assist other operators and cross-train as needed.
