Danfoss in Mountain Home, AR is seeking a Wire Wind Operator for a 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:45 pm–11:00 pm). You will operate wire winders to apply hose wire to braider bobbins and perform daily machine checks, lubrication, and setup tasks.

The prmiary function of this position is to operate the wire winders for applying hose wire to braider bobbins. This is a 2nd Shift position; Monday through Friday, 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform necessary service functions for Wire Wind Operator
• Clean and lube the bobbin cart wheels when needed and perform all daily inspections, lubricating all lube points
• Setting the wire guide beaks and rollers correctly and checking the wire oiler periodically
• Verify and adjust tension settings
• Check wire cards on each machine at start of shiftuse the correct bobbin type
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist other operators when possible, and cross train for flexibility
• Work within all safety and quality guidelines
• Perform other duties as necessary

• One (1) year manufacturing experience
