Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Production Operator for our Mountain Home, Arkansas location. This role operates extrusion, braider, and RMF equipment to produce hydraulic hoses. The position is on 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, with a start time of 2:45 pm and end at 11:00 pm.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of manufacturing experience, plus strong teamwork, communication, and safety practices. A clean, safe, and organized work environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion/braider equipment to manufacture hydraulic hose components.
• Support RMF processes including mixing, blending and milling of rubber.
• Maintain clean and safe work area following 5S TPM practices.
