Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions in Mountain Home, AR seeks an Operator Level II (Braider) to cut, coil, wind, package and label per customer specs. This is a 3rd‑shift position and involves working on-site with strict safety and quality standards.

You will inspect equipment, follow job cards, record production, and support cross‑training across the team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary service functions for Cut & Coil Operator.
• Inspect the hoist at the beginning of each shift.
• Check the hose guides for any sharp edge, identify and remove defects.
• Measure the O.D. and the I.D.
• Follow job card instructions and proper partial rack procedures.
• Complete job cards and enter production amounts in the computer.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist other operators to enable cross-training and flexibility.
• Work within safety and quality guidelines.

The Impact You'll Make

Primary function is to cut, coil, wind, package, and label according to standards and customer specifications.

This is a 3rdShift position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform necessary service functions for Cut & Coil Operator
• Inspect the hoist at the beginning of each shift
• Check the hose guides for any sharp edge, identify and remove any defects. Doing final inspection of the hose
• Measure the O.D. and the I.D.
• Follow special instructions on the job card and f ollow proper partial rack database procedures
• Complete job cards
• Enter the production amounts in the computer.
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist other operators when possible, cross training f or flexibility
• Work within all safety and quality guidelines

Required (Basic) Qualifications
