Job summary

Cambridge Savings Bank is hiring a Wire Services Specialist in Hybrid/Waltham, MA. You will initiate and verify domestic and international wires, partner with the BSA team for OFAC screening, and ensure timely processing with strict accuracy.

The role supports multiple departments and maintains detailed records for audits. Qualified candidates bring knowledge of wire transfer processes, compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of wire transfers processes and regulatory requirements (BSA, AML, OFAC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address discrepancies and errors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks under high-pressure deadlines.
• Experience with reconciliation and reporting using MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and verify international and domestic wire transfers for consumer, Small Business and Commercial customers.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Maintain accountability, documenting processes and ensuring transactions comply with internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Manage OFAC screening in collaboration with BSA team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with customers and business partners to resolve time-sensitive transactions efficiently.
• Support end-of-day reconciliation of all incoming and outgoing wire activity.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and low margin for error; perform additional duties as needed.
