Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Three or more years of related wire transfer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process billions of dollars monthly of incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Balance accounts and wire totals daily; maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Coordinate with customer service officers, retail staff, central operations and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Perform Regulation E investigations and participate in fraud reviews as needed.
• Develop and maintain department procedures; support audits and training of new employees.
• Assist with software upgrades and vendor-related changes in the electronic banking area.
