Innova Solutions is assisting a client with the immediate recruitment of a Wire Operations Specialist for a remote, contract role. The position centers on supporting wire transfer operations, processing high‑volume payments, and maintaining accurate account data within a regulated financial environment.

The ideal candidate brings banking experience, familiarity with wire processing systems, and strong data entry and customer service skills.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Wire Operations Specialist

Title: Wire Operations Specialist

Position type: Full Time – Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Remote

As a Wire Operations Specialist, You will:

• Support wire transfer operations and client service related to wire payments and wire processing systems.
• Handle high-volume account maintenance and updates
• Perform data entry and transaction processing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance while processing wire transfer requests.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior banking or credit union experience is required.
• Experience with wire transfer processing and payment systems preferred.
• Data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Customer service experience within a financial services environment is highly desirable.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $30/hr to $35/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
