Innova Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst - Wire Payments for a Banking & Financial Services client in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role requires strong QA testing across wire payment applications and a focus on compliance and risk controls.

The position involves end-to-end testing, validating payment workflows, defect tracking with JIRA or Octane, and collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience
• 5+ years of Wire Payments experience
• Experience with compliance, governance, risk, and escalation processes

Responsibilities

Innova Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst - Wire Payments for a Banking & Financial Services client.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in QA testing, wire payment processing, compliance, and risk controls.
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid-3 days onsite /2 days remote) Duration: 6+ month contract

What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end system testing and quality assurance activities across wire payment applications.
• Validate wire payment processing workflows, transactions, and business requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and resolve defects using tools such as JIRA and Octane.
• Support compliance, governance, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Perform audits, process evaluations, and root cause analysis to improve operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to SDLC activities and ensure quality standards are met throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience
• 5+ years of Wire Payments experience, including wire creation and processing
• Experience with compliance, governance, risk, and escalation processes
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or Octane

Pay Range And Benefits

Pay Range*: Between $60 -$65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
