Job summary

Liberty FCU is a full-service credit union seeking a Wire Specialist to join the Accounting team at the Main Office in Evansville, IN. The candidate should be detail oriented with strong organizational, technical and time management skills; basic Excel knowledge is required, and Saturday shifts rotate.

Responsibilities include maintaining wire policy and procedures, creating member wire agreements, processing Alloya wires, and coordinating domestic and international transactions.

Qualifications

• Superior organizational, technical and time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Excel required.
• Willing to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update wire policy for the credit union.
• Create and maintain a member wire agreement.
• Maintain wire procedures and communicate changes.
• Process incoming/outgoing wires through Alloya.
• Coordinate and process domestic and international wire transactions.
• Assist with RDC deposits daily.
• Process garnishments, tax levies, subpoenas, and related documents.
• Support MSRs with questions and back-up department tasks.
