Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.
• No relocation benefit offered; within 50-mile radius; immigration sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify units based on guidelines per drawings and instructions.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Fill ISO, quality, customer, and production checklists as required.
• Inspect assemblies for loose hardware and cleanliness.
• Respond to change notices and support development needs.
• Assist engineering, drafting, and supervision with development work.
• Train and coach colleagues to transfer knowledge and skills.
