Job summary

Eaton, at its Greenwood, SC facility, seeks a Technician II - MVA Wireboards for 2nd shift G2. The role involves wiring, assembling, and modifying high- and medium-voltage assemblies, following drawings and instructions. Training may occur on first shift during the initial period.

Compensation includes $20.00/hr plus a $1.00 shift differential. Responsibilities include mounting equipment, performing wire operations, and maintaining quality checklists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Skilled in the knowledge and safe use of hand and air tools.
• Basic Computer Skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify work per guidelines for medium and high voltage assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Fill ISO, quality, customer and production checklists and reports as required.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations as needed.
• Train and coach colleagues to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Respond to change notices and customer-initiated development work.
