Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Greenwood, SC is seeking an Assembly Tech II (Wire Boards) on 1st shift. You will assemble, wire and modify components for medium and high voltage assemblies according to drawings and guidelines.

This role offers $20.00 per hour, variable incentive eligibility, and a 5 am–3 pm Mon–Thu schedule. You will contribute to quality and safety while training teammates and supporting engineering with development work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using hand and air tools in a manufacturing setting.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience in an industrial environment is required.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
• No relocation assistance; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing information, drawings, sketches or supervisor instructions.
• Complete ISO, quality, and production checklists and forms as required.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Inspect assemblies for loose hardware and cleanliness.
• Support engineering and supervision with development work and knowledge transfer.
