Job summary

Career Team is seeking a WIOA Program Lead to coordinate programs and manage services under the Project Director. This role focuses on policy implementation, contract compliance, and program analysis to drive outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, data analysis, and customer service skills. The position is 100% onsite in Snohomish County, WA, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Knowledge of workforce development program operations preferred.
  • Strong business knowledge of customer service best practices and performance management.
  • Ability to work with diverse customer base and be culturally sensitive.
  • Experience in training and coaching/mentoring; strong project management and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead program staff to meet or exceed performance goals and ensure accurate review of case files; monitor eligibility costs.
  • Identify community partnerships and maintain partner relationships.
  • Direct, control, and supervise career advisors; provide coaching and evaluations.
  • Prepare programmatic monthly and quarterly reports and support cross-functional collaboration.
