Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-3 years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication (telephone, written, and verbal) skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Lead WIOA and TANF program staff to support employment goals.
• Conduct QA reviews of eligibility documentation and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate caseload distribution and bi-weekly reconciliations.
• Provide guidance to staff and monitor performance quarterly.
• Prepare project reports and participate in weekly staff meetings.
• Support customer engagement with scalable processes.
