Job summary

Career Team is seeking a WIOA Program Lead to manage the Snohomish County program onsite. You will plan and implement a quality management model to improve customer satisfaction while directing staff to meet performance goals.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will develop partnerships, supervise career advisors, and deliver coaching and evaluations. Strong business acumen, data analysis, and MS Office proficiency are essential. Salary range $65,500–$69,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of workforce development contracts/programs and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and lead program staff to meet or exceed performance goals and ensure thorough review of all case files.
• Identify and address deficiencies and ensure appropriate corrective actions.
• Develop partnerships and maintain relationships with community partners.
• Lead team meetings and author programmatic monthly and quarterly reports.
