Job summary

SERCO OF TEXAS - BRAZOS VALLEY is looking for a WIOA Career Navigator responsible for providing comprehensive case management services. This role ensures participants progress through training, obtain credentials, and secure employment while meeting performance outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, assisting job searches, and maintaining compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social services or related field, strong organizational skills, and valid Texas Driver’s License. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel are also required.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management, workforce programs, or human services preferred.
• Knowledge of WIOA programs and workforce systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all scheduled intakes on assigned dates.
• Assist participants with job search, job placement, and employment readiness.
• Document all updates in WorkinTexas (WIT).
• Ensure effective utilization of participant funds.
• Maintain compliance with TWC, Board, and SERCO policies.

Skills

Strong case management and organizational skills

Ability to analyze participant needs and provide solutions

Knowledge of workforce systems and WIT

Education

Bachelor’s degree in social services, workforce development, or related field

Equivalent experience may substitute for education
