Job summary

SERCO OF TEXAS - LAREDO is seeking a WIOA Career Navigator to support customers enrolled in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs. The candidate will provide guidance on employment, education, and training opportunities, enabling participants to achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include conducting outreach, offering case management, and developing Individual Employment Plans. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred along with experience in service delivery and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree with coursework in relevant fields.
• Two years of related experience performing intake and certification work.
• Working knowledge of programs administered by TWC, TANF, etc.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the WIOA programs and determine eligibility.
• Conduct outreach and case management for clients.
• Develop and manage Individual Employment Plans tailored to job seekers.
