Job summary

Yellowstone Club seeks a Spa Concierge for the upcoming Winter season in Big Sky, MT. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service, managing spa reservations, and processing charges for services in a luxury club setting.

Responsibilities include welcoming members, coordinating with departments, and maintaining client profiles. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service are preferred, with long hours and flexible scheduling typical for seasonal work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work.
• One to two years’ experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests and provide outstanding service in a guest-friendly environment.
• Guarantee total guest satisfaction and handle guest transactions legally and ethically.
• Understand and apply safety and security procedures for a safe environment.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all employees to promote a great workplace.
• Assist in daily spa operations and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Enter charges for services and create client profiles in the club management system.
