Job summary

Yellowstone Club is seeking a Spa Supervisor for the upcoming winter season (Nov–Apr) in Big Sky, MT. This role leads the Spa Concierge and Spa Attendant staff, ensuring outstanding guest service and sales opportunities while partnering with management on recruiting, training and cost control.

Strong leadership and spa operations knowledge are essential. Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, inventory control, and safe, professional interactions with Members and guests.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years in a top resort/spa operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient, friendly and happy service for Members and guests.
• Lead spa concierge and spa attendant personnel; recruit and train staff.
• Maintain professional front desk procedures in reservations and guest handling.
• Sell and upsell spa services to boost revenue.
• Ensure sanitation and safety guidelines are followed.
• Assist in controlling inventory and monitoring supply usage.
• Support management in achieving budget and cost controls.
