Yellowstone Club seeks a Spa Reservationist for the upcoming Winter season in Big Sky, MT. The role supports Members and guests with reservations, information, and services, ensuring a premium guest service experience throughout a climate-controlled spa environment.

Seasonal full-time position with duties including billing, record-keeping, and interdepartmental coordination. Requires strong communication, a High school diploma, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one to two years in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• College degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members and guests with impeccable service.
• Facilitate spa reservations and manage client profiles.
• Process charges and billing for services rendered.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill Member and guest requests.
• Maintain detailed records of Member preferences.
