Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana seeks a Seasonal Concierge for the Winter 2026-2027 season. The role greets members and guests, provides information, and assists with reservations and itineraries. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; compensation starts at $20.50/hour plus service charges.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1-2 years’ experience in customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests and provide information about services.
Facilitate dining, transportation and activity reservations both on and off property.
Create itineraries for members, guests and prospective members during their visit.
Answer inquiries by telephone, email, or mail and coordinate with departments.
