Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, MT is seeking a Concierge Supervisor for the upcoming Winter season (Nov 2026–Apr 2027). The role leads the Concierge Team to deliver exceptional guest service, coordinating dining, transportation, and activities for Members and guests.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, creating itineraries, and ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 Season of YC Concierge experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Concierge Team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Ensure seamless daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Create itineraries and arrange dining, transportation, and activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill member requests.
• Enter charges and manage client profiles in the club system.
• Maintain safety procedures and professional conduct with guests.
