Job summary

Yellowstone Club is seeking a Spa Assistant Manager for the winter season (Nov–Apr) in Big Sky, Montana. The role supports the Spa Manager by leading spa, salon, and fitness teams to deliver professional and friendly service for Members and guests.

The position emphasizes staff training, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards, with a focus on safety and seamless operations throughout the spa and related facilities.

Qualifications

• Leads and mentors spa, salon and fitness personnel.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Spa Concierge, Spa Attendants and Spa Supervisor.
• Manage member/guest complaints with clear communication to management.
• Ensure outstanding service and professional representation of Yellowstone Club.
• Maintain safety and security procedures; coordinate with facilities and management.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
