Job summary

Yellowstone Club seeks a Mountain Access Concierge for the Winter 2026-2027 season in Big Sky, Montana. You will help manage member access, greet guests, and support seamless on-mountain experiences.

The role runs November through April, with a starting wage of 19.25/hour plus service charges. Ideal candidates have at least a High School Diploma or GED and 3 years in a fast-paced setting, plus strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members and guests, ensuring outstanding guest service
• Maintain knowledge of property procedures and safety guidelines
• Manage registrations and visit data, answer inquiries by email and phone
• Support on-mountain access and guest registration functions
