Job summary

Tributary in Driggs, Idaho, seeks a Ski Shuttle Services Operator for winter 2026/2027. You will transport members and guests between Tributary and Grand Targhee at scheduled times, maintain the ski lounge, and ensure safe, punctual service in all weather.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and punctuality, with duties including vehicle inspections, loading gear, and logging maintenance. This full‑time seasonal position may require overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Valid and active driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last three years.
• DOT Medical Certification – This will be scheduled and paid for by Tributary once hired.
• Prior experience in a customer-centric customer-facing position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and reliably, including but not limited to 4x4 Sprinter van and Ford Expedition–style SUV.
• Transport members and guests to and from Tributary and Grand Targhee at scheduled times or times designated by the department head.
• Confirm and log passenger names.
• Load and offload member and their guests' ski and snowboard gear.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles (interior and exterior).
• Refuel company vehicles as needed.
• Follow designated schedules to ensure on-time pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Maintain the Tributary–Targhee Clubroom by stocking supplies, removing trash, and ensuring the space remains clean and organized.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure, fluid levels).
• Complete administrative tasks such as logging vehicle maintenance, fuel receipts, or passenger feedback.
• Promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Communicate all passenger feedback to the department head.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Assist with additional transportation tasks, including but not limited to supporting members, guests, and overall club operations.
