Job summary

Grand Targhee Resort in Driggs, ID seeks an experienced Transportation Supervisor to oversee the resort's Transportation Program, including daily shuttle service between Teton Valley and Grand Targhee, airport shuttle, and the Ride GTR initiative. As a resort ambassador, you will engage guests to ensure safe, reliable transportation.

You will recruit and train drivers, schedule services year-round, supervise a team, and coordinate with local agencies to meet safety standards and funding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• CDL with passenger endorsement is required.
• Wyoming Class B Driver's License with passenger endorsement is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Flexibility with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests and staff safely to and from designated areas.
• Recruit, hire and train shuttle drivers.
• Plan and schedule all resort shuttle services seasonally and off-season.
• Supervise transportation staff and ensure service quality.
• Ensure FMCSA compliance and proper safety record keeping.
• Coordinate public transit components with partners and funding sources.
• Operate as a driver if needed within transportation entities.
