Job summary

Grand Targhee Resort is seeking a Transportation Manager to lead a team of ~15 employees and manage daily shuttle operations serving employees, guests, and operations. You will oversee staffing, training, safety, compliance, and day-to-day transportation needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Wyoming Class B CDL with passenger endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Transportation team, recruiting, coaching, and scheduling ~15 employees.
• Plan, oversee shuttle services between Teton Valley and Grand Targhee Resort.
• Ensure FMCSA compliance and maintain licensing/records; promote safety culture.
• Oversee resort transportation partnerships, reporting, and community collaborations.
