Job summary

Tributary, located in Driggs, Idaho, is seeking a Ski Shuttle Services Operator for the winter 2026/2027 season. You will transport members and guests between Tributary and Grand Targhee Ski Resort at scheduled times, while maintaining the Ski Lounge and ensuring a positive guest experience.

This full-time seasonal role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT medical certification (to be scheduled and paid for by Tributary if hired), and prior customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Valid and active driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last three years.
• DOT Medical Certification – to be scheduled and paid for by Tributary if hired.
• Prior experience in a customer-centric role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and reliably, including Sprinter van and SUV.
• Transport members and guests to and from Tributary and Grand Targhee at scheduled times.
• Log passenger names and conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Load and unload members' ski and snowboard gear and maintain the Ski Lounge area.
• Complete administrative tasks such as logging vehicle maintenance and fuel receipts.
• Report any mechanical issues promptly and communicate passenger feedback to the department head.
