Plante Moran, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support internal firm clients with a service mindset and a commitment to accuracy. You will process and route requests, clarify tasks with engagement teams, and research routine issues while escalating complex matters when needed.

This role supports reporting, data research, deliverable formatting and editing, and process improvement, applying training and established procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.

Formación

• Previous professional, internship, seasonal, customer service, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread work for accuracy.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to internal firm clients with a strong service mindset, sense of urgency, and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Process and route client service requests while following established procedures and quality standards.
• Partner with engagement teams to clarify requests, address questions, and establish clear expectations regarding task completion.
• Research and resolve routine issues, implementing solutions and escalating more complex matters when appropriate.
• Assist with specialized projects, including reporting, data research, deliverable formatting and editing, process improvement, and other assigned tasks.
• Apply training and established procedures to complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities and contribute to a collaborative team environment that supports knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
