Job summary

Giants Ridge is seeking a Winter Lead Lift Operator to join our guests on the slopes. This full-time, winter seasonal role supports lift operations, trains new staff, provides daily direction, and ensures safety for every rider.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, lead a small team, cover breaks, and set high standards for service and safety, with a schedule that includes day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of lift operations experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Dependable, safety-minded, outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lift Operators and train new operators.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and safety standards.
• Inspect lifts daily and monitor guest use and tickets.
• Provide daily direction and breaks coverage for the team.
