Job summary

Giants Ridge is seeking a Lead Lift Operator to oversee lift operations, train new operators, and ensure safe, efficient loading and unloading for guests. You will work closely with the Mountain Manager to maintain high safety and service standards on the slopes.

This winter seasonal role is full-time, typically about 40 hours per week, with a mix of day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts. If you enjoy outdoor work, leadership, and delivering great guest experiences, this position is for you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1+ year of lift operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lift Operators and train new staff.
• Provide daily direction and break coverage.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Inspect lifts, tows and conveyors and document findings.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading at loading zones.
