Giants Ridge in Biwabik, MN is seeking Lift Operators for the 2026-2027 winter season. You will monitor lifts, assist guests with loading and unloading, and maintain safe, efficient operation in all weather.

This role demands reliable, energetic team players with strong customer service and the ability to work outdoors; part-time and full-time schedules, including evenings and holidays, are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work outdoors in all winter weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lifts, verify tickets, and ensure proper use of lifts.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading at lift areas.
• Keep lift loading ramps and mazes orderly for smooth operation.
• Conduct and document daily lift inspections and report issues.
• Communicate problems to Supervisors or lift maintenance staff.
